Right now, due to the pandemic, we’re all spending more time stuck to our screens with little opportunity for brain breaks and movement during the day. I don’t know about you, but miss my morning walk to the train station and popping out to Pret at lunch!
This mid-week movement sesh will involve 10 – 15 minutes of yoga or dance and 5 -10 minutes of breathwork to ground and center before you attack the rest of the week! Endorphins guaranteed!
