Body and Breathwork

If you’re wanting to really enhance the experience for your staff I suggest some somatic (body) sessions. These will help your team release tension and stress and work through complex emotions together. Sessions vary in length and include:

  • Yoga – Vinyasa or Yin
  • Sound Bath
  • Conscious, collective breathwork
  • Dance and movement

All I need from you is a space big enough to hold the session and the open minds of you and your team.
