This program is for you if you have a passion for mental health that is matched only by your curiosity. On this program, you’ll enhance your knowledge of holistic wellness practices by learning from leading experts with years of experience in their respective fields.

This will be the first program of its kind, so you’re about to pioneer what could potentially be the future of knowledge exchange! It’s been designed to provide you with unparalleled insight into how you can integrate holistic treatment methods into your personal self-care routine as well as sharing it with others.

Like Aladdin and Jasmine once sang, it really is a whole new world, and adapting accordingly is necessary. COVID-19 has completely changed the way we all work, learn and live, but just because you’re unable to get on a plane with the same ease as before doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice important opportunities to gain valuable knowledge.

Let’s be real, the virtual format has its perks. You’ll be able to dial in from anywhere and, although we don’t recommend you show up in your jammies, this is a much more relaxed, intimate forum. Spaces on the program are limited to ensure you have as much time with the professionals as possible, so get those questions percolating! 


The program’s primary focus is wellness. More specifically, there will be workshops and lectures on the following; Positive Psychology, Mindfulness and Yoga Breathwork for Mental Health.

All sessions are run by international professionals who will not only impart their expertise but will also lead you through various exercises to help you put theory into practice. This program is designed to be as immersive as possible, despite it being virtual. This includes getting you stuck into somatic practices like moving meditation, yoga and breathwork. All activities are suitable for both the absolute beginner and those with more experience, but please bring an open mind.

Fees and Dates

The cost of this pilot program, which takes place from November 3 – 6 from 3:30 – 5:30 pm GMT each day, is being offered at a reduced rate.

As spaces are limited, a deposit of £50 is required to reserve your spot!

Do I need experience to join this program?

No, you do not need experience, but a keen interest in wellness and holistic practices is key!

What is the minimum age?

The minimum age for this program is currently 18

What makes this program unique?

You’ll be taught by local professionals from all over the world, so you’ll gain insight that would normally be inaccessible unless you were on a placement within the countries where these professionals work. On this program, you’ll get to meditate with a Buddhist monk in Sri Lanka from your front room!

How is the program facilitated?

Each lecture/workshop will be held on Zoom. We are holding all events in the afternoon GMT to be able to include as many time zones as possible. All sessions will be recorded and you will have access to these for three months post-program.
